DAR AMERICA 250! LIBRARY PRESENTATION The public is invited as the Tennessee Society Daughters of the American Revolution presents Ken Burns’ “The American Revolution” DVD set and companion volume, “The American Revolution: An Intimate History,” to the Giles County Public Library collection on Wednesday, July 1st, at 2:00 PM. This gift is part of the Tennessee America 250 Grant from the Tennessee Commission for the United States Semiquincentennial, which supports a landmark statewide educational initiative to provide every main library with this set. Light refreshments will be served.
